91΄σΙρ College of Wisconsin Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Application Information

Thank you for your interest in the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program at the 91΄σΙρ College of Wisconsin. Every year, our program accepts five residents from medical schools across the country. Please note, applicants who have already completed their PGY-I training in an accredited program other than orthopaedic surgery will only be considered for our PGY-I year.

Application Requirements

ERAS Application Material Requirements

To be considered for our program, all application documents listed below must be submitted through by October 1, 2024:

  • Completed ERAS Application
  • Personal Statement
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Photo (used only for identification for interview)
  • Three (3) with at least one from an orthopaedic surgeon. We will accept a 4th SLOR Form but it is not required.
  • 91΄σΙρ School Official Transcript
  • 91΄σΙρ School Performance Evaluation (Dean’s Letter)
  • USMLE Step 1 Transcript – Required
  • USMLE Step 2 Transcript – Required
Application Deadline

All required materials listed above must be available in ERAS by October 1. Late applications will not be considered.

Interview Offers

Our program will be participating Universal Interview Offer Day for the 2024-2025 Orthopaedic Residency Match process.

Key Dates:

  • Monday, November 18, 11 a.m. CT / 12 p.m. ET – Program will send interview invitations, waitlists, and rejection letters through ERAS.
  • Tuesday, November 19, 11 a.m. CT / 12 p.m. ET – Applicants can begin to accept interview offers through Thalamus.
  • Thursday, November 21, 11 a.m. CT / 12 p.m. ET – Program may extend invitation to another applicant if offer is not accepted.
Interview Dates

Interviews will be held in person:

  • Monday, December 16, 2024: 7–10:30 a.m. CT
  • Monday, January 13, 2025: 7–10:30 a.m. CT
  • Monday, January 27, 2025: 7–10:30 a.m. CT
