Individualized experience for each resident including:

Guidance in selecting core electives that will prepare the resident for their chosen subspecialty
Provides further exposure to subspecialty fields with unique elective experiences
- Examples include NICU procedures elective, transport medicine elective, toxicology elective
Flexibility to allow for a change of career plans
Mentoring targeted to the resident鈥檚 area of interest
Encourages participation in scholarly activity
- Research elective available to provide resident with dedicated time for scholarship
Provides support for residents as they navigate the fellowship application process
Optional administrative/educational development experience
