Biography

“As a neurosurgeon, I treat patients with urgent, life threatening, or debilitating conditions. I understand how difficult it is to be faced with illness and how intimidating it can be for you to choose a spinal surgeon. Your story is important to me! We review all of your symptoms, tests, and images together and discuss all of the surgical and non-surgical options in detail. Because every patient comes with different values and experiences, I want you to ask questions. I believe that well-informed patients make the best decisions. If surgery is necessary, you can be assured of a comprehensive and innovative approach to any disorder, simple or complex. I never schedule concurrent or overlapping surgeries because I believe an individualized approach leads to the best outcomes. Nothing is more gratifying than seeing a patient return to his or her family, finally relieved of a debilitating condition.”

Dr. Wolfla is a Board-Certified, fellowship trained, neurosurgical spine specialist with particular interest and expertise in complex spinal disorders. He specializes in the comprehensive management of all spinal disorders, emphasizing an individual approach to patient care.
