Biography

Tom Grawey received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Arts in Music from Loyola University Chicago in 2010. While at Loyola, he was the founder of the on campus collegiate EMS system and received the Damen Award for his work with this organization. He completed his Osteopathic Medicine degree in 2014 at Midwestern University's Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine where he was on the national board for the Student Osteopathic 91΄σΙρ Association. After medical school he completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at the 91΄σΙρ College of Wisconsin where he served as chief resident. He completed his fellowship in EMS Medicine at the 91΄σΙρ College of Wisconsin in June of 2017 and is currently an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine. Besides working clinically in the Emergency Department at Froedtert Hospital, he is Assistant 91΄σΙρ Director for Milwaukee County's Office of Emergency Management and EMS 91΄σΙρ Director at Gateway Technical College. His academic interests include pre-hospital provider education, the clinical decision making process, patient safety and quality improvement.
